A Reflection of Self: Self-Portrait Drawing (4-Week Workshop for Adults) Instructor: Chad Nuss Explore identity, observation, and artistic expression in A Reflection of Self, a 4-week drawing workshop designed for adults (18+) who want to deepen both their technical skills and personal connection to their art. This course invites you to look inward while learning how to accurately and creatively capture your own likeness. Through guided instruction, students will learn the foundations of portrait drawing while working from mirrors and reference images. Emphasis is placed on proportion, facial structure, light and shadow, and expressive detail, helping each artist create a self-portrait that is both technically strong and personally meaningful. This workshop encourages a balance of skill-building and self-expression, allowing students to move beyond perfection and into authentic artistic voice.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Period: Participants are entitled to cancel their enrollment in the Class by providing written notice to V.A.A.S. at least 30 days prior to the Class’s start date without incurring any cancellation fee. Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made after the specified period will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50 (initial reservation fee) Course/Class Rescheduling: Participants may request to reschedule their enrollment to a future session by providing written notice to V.A.A.S. at least 14 days prior to the Class’s start date. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
